2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Innerwear or intimate products

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Clearance, sale, or non-returnable marked products

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are also not eligible.

5. Refund Process and Timing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Size replacement requests (if applicable)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Do not use or dispose of the product before approval

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Full or partial refund

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs may be covered by us.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong order placed, etc.), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
